  Macon GreenWay Ocmulgee Heritage Trail floods north of the Martin 
  Luther King Boulevard bridge. The flood waters will be up to two 
  feet deep on portions of the trail and both banks overflow upstream
  from the bridge. Large portions of agricultural lands east of Macon

* At 32 feet...Minor flooding continues to expand along the river 
  upstream and downstream from the gage on the 14th Street bridge. 
  Large portions of the River Walk in Columbus will be completely 
  covered with flowing water up to 5 feet deep. Flood waters reach 
  the  maintenance doors underneath the Columbus Convention and Trade
  Center. The Phenix City Amphitheater in Alabama will be flooded up 
  to 4 feet deep. Portions of the River Walk in Phenix City will be 
  under two feet of water.

  roads in low lying areas. Tanyard Branch Stream continues to flood.

  the top of the Old Balls Ferry Road boat ramp...just upstream and 
  rightbank from the Georgia Highway 57 bridge. Minor flooding occurs 
  in the woodlands near the river.
  At 21 feet...Moderate flooding begins with the dirt parking lot by 
  the Old Balls Ferry Road boat ramp under one to three feet of water. 
  The end of Old Balls Ferry Road begins to flood and flooding spreads 
  further into the woodlands near the river.
  At 23 feet...Moderate flooding continues with portions of the Old 
  Balls Ferry Road leading to the boat ramp flooded with a foot of 
  water or more. The entire dirt parking lot near the boat ramp will 
  be under three to five feet of water. Extensive flooding occurs in

* At 21 feet...Flood stage is reached with Minor flooding in the 
  woodlands and natural flood plain along the river upstream and 
  downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 80.
  At 23.5 feet...Minor flooding spreads further into the woodland 
  areas. The water level begins to flood Rex Miller Road...
  downstream left bank of the Highway 80 bridge and Old River Lane
  upstream and left bank from the bridge.
  At 25 feet...Moderate flooding begins. with significant flooding 
  in the woodlands and agricutural areas upstream and downstream from 
  the gage on U.S. Highway 80. The flood waters will be around two 
  feet deep on Rex Miller Road...downstream left bank of the Highway 
  80 bridge and Old River Lane...upstream and left bank from the 
  bridge. Some of the homes on these roads will begin to experience

  the River Walk in Columbus will be flooded and will be closed to 
  the public. The water level will be near the foundation of the 
  Phenix City Amphitheater in Alabama.
  At 28 feet...Minor flooding continues along the river upstream and 
  downstream from the gage on the 14th Street bridge. Portions of the 
  River Walk in Columbus will be flooded around one foot deep and 
  will be closed to the public. The Phenix City Amphitheater on the 
  Alabama side of the river will begin to flood.
  At 30 feet...Minor flooding continues along the river upstream and 
  downstream from the gage on the 14th Street bridge. Large portions 
  of the River Walk in Columbus will be flooded up to 3 feet deep. 
  The water level reaches the top of the boat ramp behind the Columbus Convention and Trade Center and the Phenix City Amphitheater in

THE BEST CHANCES OF DE-STABILIZING WITH MORE HEATING LIKELY. WITH
THIS IN MIND...THINK THE BEST CHANCES FOR SEVERE WEATHER WILL BE
ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE INTERSTATE 20 CORRIDOR THIS AFTERNOON.
CONVECTION WILL HAVE A GOOD CHANCE OF LINGERING WELL INTO THE
EVENING HOURS. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
DAMAGING WIND GUSTS...LARGE HAIL AND AN ISOLATED TORNADO.
