AS FOR TEMPS...THE WIND SHIFT TO THE SOUTHEAST WILL COME TOO LATE TO HAVE AN IMPACT ON HIGHS AND THE LOWER LEVEL CLOUD COVER EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER THE STATE THROUGH MUCH OF THE AFTERNOON WILL NOT ALLOW FOR MUCH WARMING.
