* UNTIL 1130 PM CDT WEDNESDAY/1030 PM MDT WEDNESDAY/

* AT 524 PM CDT/424 PM MDT/...LOCAL PARK OFFICIALS FROM THEODORE
  ROSEVELT NATIONAL PARK NORTH UNIT REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS
  THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.
  FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
