The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a 

* Flood Advisory for
  The Bird Creek near Owasso-Mingo.
* At  8:00 PM Wednesday, the stage was 6.6 feet.
* Action stage is 17.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to near 17.7 feet by Friday before 
  dawn , which is below flood stage. However, additional heavy rainfall
  may cause the river to go higher. Continue to monitor the latest 
  forecasts.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, minor flooding occurs at Mohawk Park and 
  along 56th Street North near Mingo Road.
