BE DAMAGING WINDS...ALTHOUGH LARGE HAIL AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN ARE
ALSO POSSIBLE.

THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION BILL WILL PROGRESS THROUGH
THE AREA LATE SATURDAY INTO THE EARLY MORNING HOURS OF SUNDAY.
THE MAIN THREAT WITH THIS SYSTEM WILL BE HEAVY RAIN...WITH AN
INCREASED CHANCE OF FLASH FLOODING...ESPECIALLY ACROSS PARTS OF
SOUTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA AND THE VIRGINIA HIGHLANDS. DAMAGING WINDS
