SHIELD THROUGH 12Z. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE ANYWHERE
FROM A FEW TENTHS TO UP TO ADDITIONAL HALF TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN
INCH WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS. DEPENDING ON WHERE THE STRONGEST
STORMS SET UP... THIS MAY EXACERBATE ON GOING FLOODING.
