  including Robert Clark Road. Flooding occurs on the south side of 
  Niblett Bluff Park with access roads to camp houses cut off around 
  the park. Access roads to the river in Northeastern Orange County 
  become flooded.

  extreme caution due to high river flows.

  low-lying roads in Southwest Beauregard Parish are flooded 
  including Robert Clark Road. Flooding occurs on the south side of 
  Niblett Bluff Park with access roads to camp houses cut off around 
  the park. Access roads to the river in Northeastern Orange County 
  become flooded.

STORMS FROM YESTERDAY PRODUCED RAINFALL TOTALS OF SIX TO EIGHT
INCHES WITH SOME LOCATIONS RECEIVING MORE. THIS HAS CAUSED
FLOODING FROM JEFFERSON...HARDIN...JASPER...ORANGE... AND NEWTON
COUNTIES WITH THE HARDEST HIT LOCATIONS AROUND BUNA IN JASPER
COUNTY.

RAINS HAVE TAPERED OFF OVERNIGHT AS THE STORMS PULLED BACK TO THE
WEST. STORMS HAVE BEGUN TO REDEVELOP AROUND HOUSTON AND LATEST
RADAR IMAGES HAS THESE STORMS MOVING NORTHEAST. THIS NEXT BATCH OF
STORMS LOOKS TO MOVE INTO SOUTHEAST TEXAS IN THE NEXT SEVERAL
HOURS. THIS NEXT ROUND OF RAINS WILL BRING AN ADDITIONAL TWO TO
THREE INCHES OF RAINFALL AS STORMS TRAIN ACROSS THE REGION. A
FLOOD WATCH HAS BEEN POSTED FOR ALL OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS AND FOR
BEAUREGARD...VERNON AND RAPIDES PARISHES IN SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA
UNTIL 1 PM. CENTRAL LOUISIANA RECEIVED VERY LITTLE IN THE WAY OF
RAINFALL AS THE DEBRIS LINE OF STORMS FROM BILL DID NOT PROGRESS
FURTHER THAN BEAUREGARD AND VERNON PARISHES.

WHAT IS LEFT OF BILL IS LOCATED ALONG THE TEXAS/OKLAHOMA BORDER
THIS MORNING. THIS SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO LIFT TO THE NORTHEAST
OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS. THE REGION REMAINS TRAPPED BETWEEN
DRIER AIR TRYING TO MOVE IN FROM THE NORTHWEST AND DRIER AIR TO
THE EAST MOVING UNDER THE HIGH PRESSURE. DAYTIME HEATING AND
PLENTY OF GULF MOISTURE "LATEST SOUNDING FROM LAKE CHARLES LAST

A FEW AREAS RECEIVING LIGHT RAIN THIS MORNING. BUT MORE RAIN IS
BEGINNING TO DEVELOP BACK TOWARDS HOUSTON. THIS IS ALONG BILLS
DEBRIS LINE AND LOOKS TO MOVE BACK INTO SOUTHEAST TEXAS AGAIN.
AFTER YESTERDAYS RAIN IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS THIS NEXT ROUND WILL JUST
MAKE THINGS THAT MUCH HARDER TO DRY OUT. SOME AREAS YESTERDAY
RECEIVED SIX TO EIGHT INCHES AS STORMS TRAINED ACROSS SOUTHEAST
TEXAS. THIS BAND MADE ITS WAY INTO SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA YESTERDAY
AFTERNOON. SOUTH-CENTRAL LOUISIANA RECEIVED VERY LITTLE IN THE WAY
