* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN JASPER COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS...
  SOUTHWESTERN NEWTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS...

* UNTIL 115 AM CDT
    
* AT 1012 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED HIGH WATER RESCUES 
  WERE UNDERWAY ACROSS JASPER COUNTY...SOUTH OF KIRBYVILLE AND NEAR 
  BUNA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 4 TO 9 INCHES HAVE FALLEN ACROSS THE 
  AREA...AND NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ARE 
  CONTINUING ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO 
  CONTINUE WITH AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN POSSIBLE.
