...A Flood Warning continues for portions of the following rivers in 
Indiana...

  Deer Creek...Mississinewa River...Tippecanoe River...Wabash River...
  White River...Wildcat Creek...

.With already elevated river levels and days of possible heavy 
rainfall still in the forecast, minor to moderate flooding along 
the East Fork White, Mississinewa, Tippecanoe, Wabash, and White
Rivers...and Deer and Wildcat Creeks is expected to continue.

The magnitude of flow from Oakdale Dam has not been seen since
approximately March 2009. With the additional rainfall in the
forecast through the week, flooding in some areas will continue well
into next week. Significant flooding remains a possibility as well.


Precautionary/Preparedness Actions...

Motorists should never drive into flood water. Turn around and go 
another way. Keep children away from flooded areas. Recreational and 
agricultural interests should remain alert to changing river 
conditions.

  few rural residents.  Basement flooding begins along Water Street 
  in Montezuma.  Meducsa Aggregates Gravel Company Plant Number 9 
  begins to flood.  On April 27, 2011 at least one Vermillion County 
  road was flooded.

...A Flood Warning continues for portions of the following rivers in 
Indiana...

.With already elevated river levels and scattered showers and
thunderstorms in the forecast through the weekend, particular
across the southern half of Indiana from the remnants of Tropical
Depression Bill, minor to moderate flooding is expected to continue
in central Indiana. Southern Indiana has not seen much rain recently
so this will help combat the expected plentiful rainfall.

As of Thursday evening, the crest along the Wabash River was near
Lafayette. The river was in the moderate flood category at Americus,
Battleground, Lafayette, and Covington. Flooding along the river
will last as late as the week of the 28th.

The Tippecanoe River, feeding into the Wabash from the north, had
flooding continuing but decreasing below Oakdale Dam and at Delphi.

Crests along the White River are expected to be near flood stage,
thus impacts should be minimal.

OUTLOOK: STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE. FLOODING WILL
CONTINUE ON SOME AREA WATERWAYS.

HAZARDS: LIGHTNING...HEAVY RAIN...FLOODING...AND DAMAGING WINDS.

TIMING: MAINLY THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

DISCUSSION: STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN A THREAT TONIGHT AS A
FRONTAL BOUNDARY AND VERY HUMID AIRMASS LINGER ACROSS THE REGION.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

OUTLOOK: THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED AT TIMES THROUGH EARLY NEXT
WEEK. TORRENTIAL RAINFALL PRODUCING LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING IS
POSSIBLE WITH ANY STORM. REPEATED BOUTS OF HEAVY RAIN MAY LEAD TO
WORSENING FLOODING OF RIVERS AND STREAMS. A FEW SEVERE STORMS WILL
BE POSSIBLE THROUGH AT LEAST SATURDAY. DAMAGING WINDS WILL BE THE
MAIN SEVERE THREAT...ALTHOUGH LARGE HAIL AND ISOLATED TORNADOES
CAN NOT BE RULED OUT. STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS WILL REMAIN A
POSSIBILITY AT TIMES THROUGH EARLY NEXT WEEK. DANGEROUS CLOUD TO
GROUND LIGHTNING IS POSSIBLE WITH ANY STORM.

DISCUSSION: A FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL REMAIN NEARBY THROUGH EARLY
NEXT WEEK. THE FRONT ALONG WITH OCCASIONAL UPPER WAVES WILL
INTERACT WITH A VERY WARM...MOIST AND UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE FOR
PERIODIC CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS. REMNANTS FROM TROPICAL STORM
BILL WILL ALSO FURTHER INCREASE THE THREAT FOR HEAVY RAINFALL.
