* AT 101 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING 
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. 2.5 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE 
  FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  LEWISTOWN...ASTORIA...VERMONT...IPAVA...TABLE GROVE AND BERNADOTTE.

OLD ROUTE 67 IN RUSHVILLE...AS WELL AS POTENTIAL ADDITIONAL 
LINGERING FLOOD RUNOFF FROM AN ESTIMATED 2 TO 3 INCHES OF
