SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WITH
LOCALLY 2 TO 4 INCHES IS POSSIBLE. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF
SEVERE STORMS FROM MID AFTERNOON INTO EARLY EVENING SOUTH OF A
EFFINGHAM TO ROBINSON LINE FOR DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AND A POSSIBLE
TORNADO.

MINOR FLOODING WILL CONTINUE ALONG THE WABASH AND LITTLE WABASH
BASINS FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS AND DEVELOP ON THE EMBARRAS RIVER
