DENSE FOG HAS DEVELOPED THIS MORNING ACROSS SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA.
VISIBILITIES AS LOW AS ONE QUARTER MILE ARE EXPECTED UNTIL MID-
MORNING.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON GENERALLY EAST
OF A YUMA COLORADO TO LEOTI KANSAS LINE. THE MAIN THREATS WITH
THESE STORMS WILL BE LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS AND PERHAPS A
TORNADO. HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLASH FLOODING MAY ALSO BE A CONCERN
FOR LOCATIONS THAT RECEIVE MULTIPLE ROUNDS OF STORMS.
