Eagle and Lye Creeks.

Cross, and several streets south of Clinton Court near Riverside
Park.

with flood waters. Several homes and businesses impacted.

* At 12.0 feet...Evacuations may be necessary along Fremont and
Graceland Avenue. Homes along east Lincoln, South Blanchard, and
East Sandusky Street will be inundated. The Brookside Drive berm
will be threatened.
* At 11.0 feet...Flooding will threaten residences along Fremont and
Graceland Avenue, East Lincoln Street, and Brookside Drive. Other
roads impacted include East High Street, Wilson Street, Blanchard
Avenue near Graceland Avenue, Beachmont Street to Main Street, and
Eastview north of 6th Street.
* At 10.0 feet...Water from the Eagle Creek will impact portions of
South Blanchard Street, Brookside Drive, Fremont and Graceland
Streets.

* At 13.5 feet...Major flooding blocking Martin Luther King Parkway
and Blanchard Avenue. Several other low lying roads flooded along
the river. Travel in and out of the city becomes difficult.
* At 13.0 feet...Floodwaters impact East Sandusky Street, Main Cross

the Blanchard River. Backwater will affect residents living along

A COLD FRONT SHOULD DROP ACROSS THE AREA LATE THURSDAY.

THE CURRENT BATCH OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD CONTINUE TO
MOVE EAST THIS MORNING WITH THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL RATES ACCOMPANYING
THE CONVECTION...GENERALLY CATCHING THE INLAND COUNTIES. THE LOW
LEVEL FLOW IS PROGGED TO VEER THIS MORNING AND THE DEEPER MOISTURE
WILL FINALLY START TO BE PUSHED SOUTHEAST. SOME REDEVELOPMENT OF
THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IS POSSIBLE UNTIL THE FRONT SAGS
ACROSS THE AREA THIS MORNING. WILL CONTINUE THE FLOOD WATCH OVER
THE SOUTHERN AND EASTERN COUNTIES UNTIL NOON ALTHOUGH RAINFALL
RATES MAY NOT BE HIGH ENOUGH FOR ANY SIGNIFICANT PROBLEMS IN WHICH

DRIER AIR SHOULD MAKE SOME PROGRESS ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT WITH
DEW POINTS PROGGED TO DROP INTO THE 50S. SOME UNCERTAINTY ON HOW
FAST THE FRONT WILL BEGIN TO COME BACK NORTH WITH AN INCREASING RISK
OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. I SUSPECT WE WILL SEE A DECENT SURGE
LATER TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY AS THE NEXT SHORT WAVE IS PROGGED TO
SLIDE EAST. THE GFS KEEPS THE SHOWERS SOUTH OF THE AREA BUT THIS
DOES NOT SEEM REALISTIC BASED ON THE IDEA THAT THE FRONT WILL ONLY
BE IN SOUTHERN OHIO. IT SEEMS LIKELY THE SHOWERS WILL RETURN TO
THE COUNTIES FROM AROUND ROUTE 30 AND SOUTH AND WILL HAVE TO ALLOW
FOR A CHANCE ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHWEST OHIO INTO NORTHEAST OHIO BY
AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES WEDNESDAY WILL BE DEPENDENT ON THE AMOUNT
OF CLOUDS AND WHETHER THE SHOWERS COME BACK AND HOW QUICKLY. WILL
FORECAST HIGHS IN THE 70S AND BE A LITTLE CONSERVATIVE (MID 70S)
ACROSS THE WESTERN AND SOUTHERN COUNTIES WHERE THE CLOUDS MAY
QUICKLY COME BACK.
THERE MAY BE A LULL WEDNESDAY NIGHT BUT ONCE THINGS MOISTEN BACK
