  Graceland Avenue, East Lincoln Street, and Brookside Drive. Other 
  roads impacted include East High Street, Wilson Street, Blanchard 
  Avenue near Graceland Avenue, Beachmont Street to Main Street, and 
  Eastview north of 6th Street.

  12.2 feet BY Wednesday evening. Additional rises are possible 
  thereafter.
* At 12.0 feet...Flooding begins in Side Cut Metropark. The risver is
  out of banks in Waterville and Bowling Green. 
* At 11.0 feet...A few riverside cabins in Waterville become 
  threatened. Lowland flooding occurs along with some water 
  inundation on River Road.

  Graceland Avenue, East Lincoln Street, and Brookside Drive. Other 
  roads impacted include East High Street, Wilson Street, Blanchard 
  Avenue near Graceland Avenue, Beachmont Street to Main Street, and 
  Eastview north of 6th Street.
* At 10.0 feet...Water from the Eagle Creek will impact portions of 
  South Blanchard Street, Brookside Drive, Fremont and Graceland
