AT 117 PM EDT...A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS LOCATED 7
MILES WEST OF NITRO...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

WIND GUSTS BETWEEN 30 MPH-40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS
THUNDERSTORM. VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THIS THUNDERSTORM...AND
WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES
AND SMALL STREAMS. EXPECT INTENSE LIGHTNING FROM THIS THUNDERSTORM.
DO NOT STAY IN THE OPEN NOR SEEK SHELTER UNDER TREES WHEN LIGHTNING
THREATENS...MOVE INDOORS WHEN A THUNDERSTORM APPROACHES.
