BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL...GUSTY WINDS...BLOWING DUST AND LIGHTNING ARE
ALL HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY ON MONDAY...AND WITH THE
EXPECTED INFUSION OF TROPICAL MOISTURE FROM FORMER HURRICANE
NORBERT...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IS LIKELY WITH THE STRONGER
THUNDERSTORMS. THE HEAVY RAIN WILL LIKELY LEAD TO AT LEAST LOCALIZED
FLOODING OR FLASH FLOODING. CONFIDENCE IS STILL SOMEWHAT LOW IN TERMS
OF THE EXACT TIMING AND PLACEMENT OF THE HEAVIEST RAIN...AND AS SUCH
