* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL JOHNSON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST KENTUCKY...
  MARTIN COUNTY IN NORTHEAST KENTUCKY...

* UNTIL 830 PM EDT

* AT 736 PM EDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR STAFFORDSVILLE...AND MOVING EAST AT 45    
  MPH. SPOTTERS REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM 
  AROUND 730 PM EDT NEAR THE JOHNSON AND MAGOFFIN COUNTY LINES.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION.

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
           SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE
           TO ROOFS...WINDOWS AND VEHICLES WILL OCCUR. TREE DAMAGE IS
           LIKELY.
