FOR ALL OF THE UPPER TEXAS COAST WITH WINDS AROUND 20 TO 30 KNOTS.
GUSTS TO GALE FORCE WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THE
EVENING. ROUGH SEAS ARE EXPECTED IN THE OFFSHORE WATERS.
