LIFT UPSTREAM OF A TROUGH OVER EASTERN WASHINGTON AND OREGON AND MOIST ADVECTION IN THE BOUNDARY LAYER AROUND A SURFACE LOW IN WYOMING WILL SUPPORT THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY.
