* AT 559 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  POSSIBLE FLASH FLOODING FROM THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN OVER    
  THE WARNED AREA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO TWO INCHES HAVE OCCURRED
  FROM SWAINSBORO TO GARFIELD SINCE 400 PM EDT. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL
  AMOUNTS OF ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE EXPECTED OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO TWIN       
  CITY...SUMMERTOWN...GARFIELD AND SWAINSBORO. SOME CREEKS OF CONCERN
