THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  STARK COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OHIO...
  WAYNE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OHIO...

* UNTIL 600 AM EDT TUESDAY.

* AT 1006 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
  WARNED AREA. RAINFALL RATES OF 2 INCHES PER HOUR ARE FALLING WITH
  THESE STORMS. THE GROUND COVER IS STILL SATURATED IN SPOTS FROM
  EARLIER STORMS AND THE ADDITIONAL RUNOFF WILL CAUSE STREAMS 
  AND CREEKS TO RISE QUICKLY. POOR DRAINAGE AREAS ARE LIKELY TO 
  SEE RAPID PONDING. EVEN AFTER THE STORMS HAVE ENDED THE RUNOFF AND
  SUBSEQUENTLY THE FLOOD THREAT WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT. THE HEAVIEST
  RAIN WILL FALL OVER EASTERN WAYNE COUNTY AND MOST OF STARK. 
  HEAVY RAIN IN SUMMIT AND MEDINA COUNTIES WILL ALSO FLOW INTO 
  PORTIONS OF STARK AND WAYNE COUNTY OVERNIGHT...CAUSING AREA 
  RIVERS AND CREEKS TO RISE.

UNTIL 600 AM EDT...

THE THUNDERSTORMS THAT BROUGHT HEAVY RAINFALL AND LOCALIZED 
FLOODING TO THE AREA HAVE MOVE EAST.  RUNOFF HOWEVER WAS STILL 
CAUSING LOCAL STREAMS AND RIVERS TO RISE. ADDITIONAL FLOODING 
THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT REMAINS POSSIBLE AS THIS RUNOFF FINDS ITS WAY 
INTO THE RIVERS AND STREAMS ACROSS THE AREA.  

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLASH FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA...MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND
