.DISCUSSION...
THE 973 MB LOW SOUTH OF COLD BAY WILL MOVE CYCLONICALLY NORTHWEST
TO BE NEAR SAINT PAUL AT 9AM SUNDAY...THEN BEGIN TO FILL AS IT
CONTINUES NORTHWEST. THE WEATHER FRONT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LOW
LIES FROM DILLINGHAM TO SPARREVOHN TO HOMER. IT WILL CONTINUE
OVER MAINLAND ALASKA TO LIE FROM SAINT LAWRENCE ISLAND TO THE
SEWARD PENINSULA AND EAST NORTHEAST OVER THE SOUTHERN SLOPES OF
THE BROOKS RANGE AT 3PM SUNDAY. THE RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE OVER
THE EASTERN BEAUFORT SEA WILL PERSIST. THE PRESSURE GRADIENT OVER
THE EASTERN ARCTIC COAST WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE AGAIN TONIGHT.
