THIS AFTERNOON. THIS WILL COMBINE WITH WIDESPREAD FOG TO BRING
DANGEROUS DRIVING CONDITIONS TO THE REGION. MANY LOCATIONS ARE
REPORTING VISIBILITIES OF 1 MILE OR LESS IN MODERATE RAIN...WITH
PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS LIKELY. IN ADDITION...MANY LOCATIONS ALONG
THE BLUE RIDGE...INCLUDING FANCY GAP AND THE INTERSTATE 77
CORRIDOR THROUGH VIRGINIA...ARE REPORTING VISIBILITIES OF ONE
QUARTER OF A MILE IN HEAVY RAIN AND FOG. THESE CONDITIONS WILL
ONLY WORSEN THROUGH THE DAY AS RAIN CHANGES TO SNOW TONIGHT.
