  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE   
  WARNED AREA. AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL WILL 
  STILL BE POSSIBLE THIS EVENING. 

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
