THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AS A COLD
FRONT APPROACHES THE REGION FROM THE NORTHWEST. THESE STORMS ARE
EXPECTED TO BECOME STRONG TO SEVERE WITH DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE
HAIL...AND FREQUENT TO EXCESSIVE CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. IN
ADDITION...THESE STORMS WILL ALSO PRODUCE TORRENTIAL RAINFALL
WHICH MAY PRODUCE LOCALIZED FLOODING DUE TO SATURATED GROUND FROM
THIS PAST WEEKENDS RAINFALL. THE BEST TIME FOR THE OUTLOOK AREA TO
SEE THE STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WOULD BE ROUGHLY FROM 2 TO
10 PM EDT.
