* AT 445 PM EST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF NORTH VERNON...AND MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 65 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.
