* AT 420 PM EST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR ALEXANDRIA...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 75
  MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.

  IMPACT...MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE TO
