THE HIGHEST THREAT FOR STRONG STORMS ALONG THE KANSAS-COLORADO
BORDER. PRIMARY HAZARDS WILL BE SMALL HAIL...CLOUD-TO-GROUND
LIGHTNING...AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 50MPH. A FEW STORMS MAY REACH
SEVERE CRITERIA DUE TO WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.
