SOME ENHANCED AREAS OF OUTFLOW NEAR LYONS AND HEADING TOWARD
HUTCHINSON AND EVENTUALLY WICHITA. THIS SURGE MAY GROW
UPSCALE...EVENTUALLY ABSORBING THE SUPERCELL OVER BUTLER
COUNTY...AND CONTINUING SEWD WITH A WIND AND HAIL THREAT.
