AT 211 PM EDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER WEBSTER
SPRINGS...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

THIS STORM WILL PRODUCE HAIL UP TO NICKEL SIZE. VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL
FALL FROM THIS STORM...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND
QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES AND SMALL STREAMS.

THIS STORM WILL BE NEAR BERGOO AROUND 240 PM AND WANETA AROUND 300
PM.

IN HILLY TERRAIN THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS WHICH ARE
POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS IN HEAVY RAIN. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS
