* AT 716 PM EDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED VERY HEAVY       
  RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM NEAR SOUTH OF DAILEY...OR 13 MILES SOUTH  
  OF ELKINS...MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO      
  MILL CREEK AND BEVERLY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.

FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN AND AROUND THE MILL CREEK AREA.  
ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY DOWNPOURS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE 
ACROSS THE WARNING AREA INTO THE EARLY EVENING HOURS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
