REPETITIVE BATCHES OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS COULD BE POSSIBLE
TODAY INTO THIS EVENING.

THE GROUND IS STILL WETTER THAN NORMAL IN MANY COUNTIES...ESPECIALLY
IN WEST VIRGINIA. RAIN AMOUNTS OF OVER 1.5 INCHES WOULD BE NEEDED
TO RAISE FLOOD CONCERNS. IF THAT THREAT INCREASES...FLOOD WATCHES
MAY BE POSTED FOR THE MOST VULNERABLE COUNTIES.

THERE IS ALSO A SLIGHT RISK FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS TODAY AND
THIS EVENING.
