  WESTERN PRENTISS COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI...
  EASTERN TIPPAH COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI...
  NORTHEASTERN UNION COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI...

A STRONG THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING WINDS AT LEAST 40 MPH WAS LOCATED 10
MILES SOUTHWEST OF THEO AT 1107 PM CDT...MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH.

VERY HEAVY RAIN ALONG WITH CONTINUOUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING WILL
OCCUR WITH THIS  THUNDERSTORM.

PEOPLE IN ALCORN...PRENTISS...TIPPAH AND UNION COUNTIES...INCLUDING
LOCATIONS NEAR BOONEVILLE AND CORINTH...SHOULD MONITOR THIS STORM
