VERY GUSTY WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE LOS
ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTY MOUNTAINS AS WELL AS THE ANTELOPE VALLEY.
STRONGEST WIND GUSTS WILL BE BETWEEN 55 TO 65 MPH TUESDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. THERE WILL ALSO BE STRONG GALE ACROSS
ALL COASTAL WATERS DEVELOPING TUESDAY MORNING AND CONTINUING THROUGH
LATE TUESDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. STRONGEST WIND
GUSTS WILL BE 35 TO 45 KNOTS...WITH LOCAL 50 KNOTS FOR THE
NORTHWESTERN PORTION OF THE OUTER WATERS. THERE WILL BE VERY COLD
