  A NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR    
  OVER THE PEARL RIVER COVERING DOWNTOWN JACKSON EAST TO PEARL. THE  
  ESTIMATED RADAR RAINFALL AMOUNTS...ON THE ORDER OF AN INCH...HAVE  
  OCCURRED IN THE PAST HOUR.

VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE OVER THE WARNED AREA FOR THE NEXT 
HOUR WITH AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO THREE INCHES POSSIBLE.

RAINFALL AMOUNTS FROM ONE TO THREE INCHES A HOUR CAN CAUSE FLOODING
