MILANO...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH.

WINDS GREATER THAN 40 MPH...CONTINUOUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...
AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS ARE LIKELY WITH THESE STORMS.
