RIVER VALLEY INTO MUCH OF EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA DURING THE MORNING
AND EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS.

THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON
EAST OF THE RED RIVER VALLEY. STRONG WINDS...LARGE HAIL...AND A
TORNADO WILL BE POSSIBLE.
