THESE STORMS ARE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL...UP TO ONE INCH IN
ONE HOUR AND ARE MOVING INTO AN AREA WHICH HAS ALREADY RECEIVED
LOCALIZED AMOUNTS OF AROUND ONE INCH. THIS WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND
