SOUTHEASTERN NY. THE MAIN THREAT WILL BE FOR DAMAGING WINDS AND
HEAVY DOWNPOURS. HOWEVER...SUPERCELL THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT WILL
BE POSSIBLE OVER THIS AREA DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS.
