A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN ALONG THE CENTRAL MOUNTAIN CHAIN AND ACROSS THE SOUTHWEST MOUNTAINS DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THERE IS A SMALL POTENTIAL FOR BURN SCAR FLASH FLOODING ALONG THE CENTRAL MOUNTAIN CHAIN...AND A BETTER POTENTIAL IN SOUTHWEST CATRON COUNTY WHERE RAINFALL TOTALS HAVE VARIED AROUND 1 INCH OVER THE PAST FEW DAYS.
