NORTHWEST...AND RIVERS WILL BE HIGH FOR TODAY AND TONIGHT. RECENT
RAINFALL WILL ALSO CONTRIBUTE TO RIVER RISES.

SNOW LEVELS THURSDAY MORNING WILL LOWER TO BETWEEN 3000 AND 4000
FEET RESULTING IN THE POTENTIAL FOR BRIEF BURST OF SIGNIFICANT
SNOWFALL OF 3 TO 5 INCHES ABOVE 4000 FEET.
