5. 120000.0 ftWater will begin to cover portions of Deeter, Sandy Shores, McCloud Creek, and Yergens Roads. Flooding of homes and structures on Riverbend Loop Road, Yergens Road, Bear Paw Road, Davis Road, Sandy Shores neighborhood, near Deeter Road, near the Out Post Resort, and other locations. Some flooding of the Pow Wow grounds at Usk. This flow corresponds approximately to 46 feet to 47.5 feet at the Cusick gage, based on 1997 records.
6. 115000.0 ftWater will be over portions of Davis and Yergens Roads. Many low-lying private drives will be flooded. Moderate flooding is possible. This flow corresponds approximately to 45 feet to 47 feet at the Cusick gage, based on 1997 records.

8. 105000.0 ftWater will be encroaching the South end of Riverbend Loop Road.
9. 100000.0 ftLow spots and fields near Beehive Lane and Bear Paw Dr will be flooded. Water will be on residence river properties and fields off Yergens Rd, Riverbend Loop Rd, Pow Wow Rd, and near Deeter Road. Many yards, outbuildings, and recreational sites will experience minor flooding near the river between Newport and Ione. Shoreline flooding near the Oldtown Rotary Park. This flow corresponds approximately to 42.5 feet to 45 feet at the Cusick gage, based on 1997 records.
10. 98500.0 ftWater will be into many yards along the river and approaching some homes on SR 20 near Deeter Road. Creeks that outlet into the river will begin to backup, filling low lying areas and roadside ditches between Newport and Cusick. This flow corresponds to approximately 42.8 feet at the Cusick gage, based on the 2008 recorded peak.
