A SLIGHT INCREASE IN MOISTURE AND CONVERGENCE AHEAD OF THIS FEATURE WILL LEAD TO A CHANCE FOR AFTERNOON SHOWERS AND LIGHTNING STORMS TODAY. WESTERLY SURFACE WINDS WILL HOLD OFF THE EAST COAST SEA BREEZE UNTIL LATE IN THE AFTERNOON ALONG THE IMMEDIATE COAST. THIS WILL KEEP STORM DEVELOPMENT CONFINED TO ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE WEST COAST SEA BREEZE.
