THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP LATE THIS AFTERNOON NEAR THE BRAINERD
LAKES REGION AND EXPAND EAST TOWARDS THE TWIN PORTS THIS EVENING.
THE ATMOSPHERE WILL BE QUITE UNSTABLE INITIALLY SO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
ARE POSSIBLE WITH LARGE HAIL...HIGH WINDS...AND AN ISOLATED TORNADO.
ALTHOUGH THE INTENSITY OF THE STORMS IS EXPECTED TO GRADUALLY
DECREASE AS THE STORMS MOVE INTO WISCONSIN LATER TONIGHT...LARGE HAIL
AND HIGH WINDS ARE STILL POSSIBLE.

THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER IN AITKIN AND CROW WING COUNTIES REMAINS
HIGH. SOME RIVER FLOOD WARNINGS AND ADVISORIES ARE IN EFFECT FOR
