AND 600 PM. THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE COUNTIES OF
KENT...QUEEN ANNE'S...TALBOT AND CAROLINE BETWEEN ABOUT 600 AND 645
PM BEFORE AFFECTING CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN DELAWARE FROM AROUND 645
