MOISTURE CONTINUES TO INCREASE ACROSS THE AREA. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE AREA. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS AND TORNADOES ARE LIKELY THIS EVENING. PRECIPITATION WILL DECREASE LATE TONIGHT. PATCHY FOG MAY DEVELOP DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. MVFR CONDITIONS WILL DOMINATE THROUGH MUCH OF THE PERIOD.
