THE 19Z MSAS SFC ANALYSIS SHOWED A WEAK AREA OF LOW PRES OVR NE SD/W-CNTRL MN WITH A WRMFNT STRETCHED E-SE THRU CNTRL WI GENERALLY NORTH OF A LINE FROM RRL-SUE. TSTMS HAVE STARTED TO BLOSSOM OVR PARTS OF WI...IA AND IL IN THE AFTERNOON HEATING WHICH HAS SIGNIFICANTLY DESTABILIZED THE ATM. A SFC TROF WAS EXTENDED FROM NEAR LK WINNIPEG SWD INTO CNTRL KS.
