TSTMS HAVE STARTED TO BLOSSOM OVR PARTS OF WI...IA AND IL IN THE AFTERNOON HEATING WHICH HAS SIGNIFICANTLY DESTABILIZED THE ATM. A SFC TROF WAS EXTENDED FROM NEAR LK WINNIPEG SWD INTO CNTRL KS.
