SURFACE LOW OVER SOUTHEASTERN MT WITH WARM FRONT ACROSS NRN SD AND BOUNDARY/DRY LINE DRAPED ALONG WRN-SRN EDGE OF BLACK HILLS WITH DEWPTS IN THE 50S BEHIND IT AND 60S AHEAD OF IT.
