  BALDWIN COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF BAY MINETTE...

* UNTIL 130 AM CST

* AT 933 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATES LIGHT TO 
  MODERATE RAIN CONTINUING TO FALL OVER BALDWIN COUNTY. AREAS ALONG
  AND NEAR INTERSTATE 65 HAVE EXPERIENCED AS MUCH 8 TO 12 INCHES OF
  RAIN THIS EVENING. WITH CONTINUED RAINFALL THROUGH EARLY
  TUESDAY MORNING WITH AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 3 INCHES POSSIBLE...
  THE THREAT FOR ADDITIONAL FLOODING IS HIGH...ESPECIALLY AS 
  STREAMS AND CREEKS BEGIN TO BACK UP AND FLOOD. FURTHER SOUTH       
  ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN BALDWIN COUNTY...RAINFALL TOTALS HAVE  
  RANGED BETWEEN 2 TO 3 INCHES. WITH THE GROUND BEING SO SATURATED   
  FROM THE PAST FEW DAYS OF RAINFALL...ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL LEAD 
  TO A HIGHER POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING. THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS
  SITUATION...PARTICULARLY IN NORTHERN BALDWIN COUNTY. DO NOT        
  VENTURE OUT TO DRIVE TONIGHT AS NUMEROUS ROADS ARE CLOSED DUE TO   
  HIGH WATER.
